EPDM rubber hose is made of EPDM material after thermal vulcanization processing, generally extruded by an extruder (in a few cases it can also be formed by compression molding). EPDM rubber hoses are mainly used in engines, water tanks, radiators of automobiles and construction machinery.

The technology of rubber hoses is generally distinguished according to the types of rubber hoses. In general, EPDM rubber hoses can be divided into special-shaped hoses and straight hoses, and special-shaped hoses and straight hoses can be divided into: pure rubber hoses, clamp hoses and cloth hose .

EPDM pure rubber hose: Pure rubber hose is a kind of hose without skeleton layer.

EPDM clamp rubber hose: It is composed of inner rubber layer, winding layer (skeleton layer) and outer rubber layer. The skeleton layer is used to make the hose, so the skeleton layer is a clamp hose made of clamp material, and its pressure resistance is stronger than that of pure rubber hose and cloth hose.

EPDM cloth rubber tube is composed of inner rubber layer, multi-layer cloth winding layer and outer rubber layer.

According to the medium resistance properties of the adhesive layer, it can be divided into water hose, air hose, acid and alkali hose, oil hose heat-resistant hose, etc. EPDM rubber hose can be widely used in industries such as automotive, industrial and agricultural machinery equipment.
