The main function of rubber waterproof plate is to prevent the leakage of liquid and the volatilizing of gas. In rock engineering, waterproof plate is mainly used to prevent seepage and isolate , but it also plays the role of strengthening and protection at the same time. The general width of the waterproof plate 4-6m,  weighting from 200 to 1500 grams per square meter. These characteristics can meet the needs of hydraulic engineering, municipal, architecture, traffic, subway and tunnel construction for seepage control, isolation, reinforcement, crack reinforcement and other civil engineering needs.

It is mainly used in dams, water reservoir, channels, liquid storage pool and other engineering for seepage control, in the subway, basement, and anti-seepage lining of tunnel, roads and railways foundation seepage control, in sanitary landfill with filament geotextile, geotechnical material such as bentonite waterproof blanket use and so on. Because the waterproof plate is made of polymer material,  but anti-aging agent is added in the production process, it can be used in a wide range of temperatures, so it can be used in unconventional temperature environment.
