There are many kinds of rubber products, but the production process is basically the same. The basic technological process of rubber products with general solid rubber as raw material includes six basic processes: plasticizing, mixing, calendering, pressing, forming and vulcanizing. Of course, raw material preparation, finishing, inspection and packaging and other basic processes are also necessary. 

Rubber processing is mainly to solve the plastic and elastic properties of this contradictory process. Through various technological means, make the elastic rubber into plastic rubber, and then add a variety of additives to make semi-finished products, and then vulcanize the plastic semi-finished products into rubber products with high elasticity, good physical and mechanical properties.
