Generally, we need to consider the following aspects when choosing rubber roller:

1.Drug resistance -- oil resistance and solvent resistance are usually required. We choose synthetic rubber according to the purpose. For example, printing rollers must be resistant to solvent, oil and acid, etc.

2.Physical properties --elasticity, flexibility, abrasion and other physical functions affect the service life and product quality of rubber rollers, which must be carefully selected. For example, rubber rollers in the plastic film industry must be elastic and wear resistant.

3.Economy - the price of rubber rollers varies greatly due to different materials, so the value and life should be compared constantly, such as the common rollers that resistant to 150 degree must be made of high price rubber.

4.Heat resistance -- rubber aging is easy to happen when used under high temperature. In addition to iron core design, the rubber material should be carefully selected. Take plastic industry and paper industry for example, we should not only consider the wear resistance, but also consider the heat resistance and heat dissipation.
