No matter what rubber products, they have to go through the two processes of mixing and vulcanization. For many rubber products, such as rubber hose, rubber tape, tires, etc., it is necessary to go through the two processes of calendering and pressing. For the raw glue with high Mooney viscosity, plastication is needed. 

Therefore, the most basic and important processing process in rubber processing includes the following stages:

1)Plasticizing: reduce the molecular weight of raw rubber, increase plasticity and improve machinability.

2)Mixing: make each component in the formula mix evenly to make the mixing glue.

3)press out: the process of mixing rubber is turn to  semi-finished products of various sections through the mouth, such as inner tube, tread, side of tire, rubber hose, etc.

4)vulcanization: the last process of rubber processing, through the fixed temperature, pressure and time, the process of chemical reaction of rubber macromolecules will facilitate crosslinking.
