Rubber crash pads are widely equipped in the chairs of automobiles, ships, air crafts and other vehicles, furniture so on, which serves as support of passengers’ thigh and butt. If the stiffness of the lower buttock of the cushion is matched with the stiffness of the leg support, the leg will feel numbness or pressure, foreign body sensation, resistance sensation (hereinafter uniformly referred to as "pressure"). On the contrary, if set the hardness of the lower part of the buttock with the hardness of the leg branch, then the sinking of the buttock increases, leading to the instability of the seated posture. So, there is a technique of setting the hardness of the leg support substrate according to the hardness of the lower buttock and embedding the foaming body with a strength less than that of the lower buttock. 

With the development of rubber cushion, rubber crash pad for fan is improved. The existing technology has the problem: The rubber cushion cannot fully mitigate the vibration caused by fan rotation, and the rubber cushion is unstable inside the fan.
