Vulcanized elastic rubber is called vulcanized rubber, also known as soft rubber, commonly known as "rubber". Vulcanization is one of the most important technological processes for rubber processing. All kinds of rubber products must be vulcanized to obtain the ideal performance. 

Unvulcanized rubber in use is not of use value. But insufficient sulfur or curing time is not enough to make the rubber reach the best state, and over sulfur or time will also make significant decline in performance finally make rubber performance decline. Therefore, in the production process, we must strictly control the vulcanization time, the amount of sulfur and the temperature of vulcanization to ensure that the vulcanized rubber products have the best performance and the longest service life.
