The working life of O-ring under dynamic pressure is 5-10 times higher than that of conventional rubber sealing products. Compared with other types of sealing rings, The O-ring has the following advantages:

1.Suitable for both dynamic and static sealing conditions;

2.Suitable for a variety of motion modes: rotary motion, axial reciprocating motion or combined motion (such as rotary reciprocating motion);

3.Suitable for many different medium: oil, water, gas, chemical matters or other

mixed mediums. Through the selection of appropriate rubber materials and appropriate formula , we can achieve the effective sealing effect of oil, water, air, gas and various chemical medium;

4.Wide range of working temperature (-60 ℃~+ 220 ℃), and pressure can be up to 1500Kg/cm2 during fixed use (used with reinforcement ring);

5.The O-ring itself and installation part structure are pretty simple, and the finished product size and groove have been standardized, so it is very easy to install and replace, with strong interchangeability, suitable for various uses. The simple section structure makes it have self-sealing function, so the sealing performance is reliable.

6.There are many kinds of materials used to make O-ring, and we can choose according to different fluids: nitrile rubber, fluororubber, silicone rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, neoprene, butyl rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, natural rubber, etc. The cost is relatively low.
